You mus have

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and regulations
Proficient in using cost estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and negotiation skills
What you'll do …
Supporting the senior quantity surveyor and team in the commercial aspects of the business
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Preparing and resolving monthly applications, invoices, and payments
Provide advice on cost-effective construction methods and materials
Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify quantities
